Sessions take place over secure, HIPAA-compliant video calls at a time that works for you. All you need is a private space and an internet connection. Online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy and is covered by many Ontario insurance plans.

I provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many Ontario extended health benefits plans cover psychotherapy services. I can help you navigate the insurance process.

Each session is 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, though we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and progress. Evening and weekend appointments are available for busy Toronto professionals.

Life happens, and I understand that. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may need it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. You can reschedule easily by email or phone, and I'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
